Dean Waldon, CEO
Dean is a Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelors from California State University, Fresno, and a Masters from the University of Utah
He spent the first half of his career at various companies, including Pump Manufacturing, Steel Manufacturing, Semi-Conductor Tool Design and a Hazardous Waste Destruction Start-Up, before joining EAS Corp in 2006. He spent 8 years working there and is known as an industry expert.
Dean started WS&E in 2014, hoping to create a generational family business. He has 18 years of lasting relationships with his clients, many of whom refer to him as family.
Bob Krzewicki, Sales Representative & Business Owner
Bob is currently based in Northern California and in the Mid-nineties went to work in Dust Collection/Industrial Ventilation. He started working for a small local company in San Diego that eventually expanded to Northern California where they moved him to Sacramento, CA to develop new sales.
In 2009 Bob started his own Company “S.M.A.R.T. Systems Inc.” working with OEM’s servicing Walnut processors & independent contractors for the Agricultural Industry for Dust Collection/Ventilation. He met Dean in 2010 when he joined with EAS Corp. as an Independent Contractor.
Bob enjoys working with his expanding customer base, whether on a new system or troubleshooting an existing system. He feels blessed to be able to work with professionals such as WS&E and EAS Corp., utilizing our independent experiences to develop systems that work for our customers.
Noelle Waldon, Office Manager
Noelle is currently a student of Accounting at North Idaho College, and plans to continue her education at University of Idaho to obtain her CPA.
Noelle has worked in several businesses, most notably bakeries and funeral directing. She joined WS&E as an administrative assistant in 2024, after over 10 years of listening to phone calls and taking notes in Dean's home office.
Carter Waldon, Inside Sales
Carter has been the background voice of WS&E for many years. He is primarily a pilot, with some work in sales and lead generation. His schooling was at Big Bend Community College, where he graduated as a top student of Aviation. His personal goal is to open doors for new growth in every company he visits.
